Perhaps he didn't have one, or maybe he was like her, and didn't have a good relationship with his family. Whatever the reason, she wasn't going to press him. Instead, she shaded her eyes with one hand as she looked up to the roof, offering her own name in return. "Alys." Although, really, there were worse things to be called than 'well girl,' weren't there? In any case, the seer reached down with her free hand to scratch behind Sascha's ears. "And this is Sascha." The little bear rumbled her own greeting. Then, seemingly having lost interest, she meandered to a nearby tree to sharpen her claws on its bark.
"Well, Soren," Alys added after a moment's pause, her gaze flicking from her companion back to the boy. "It's a pleasure to meet you. I need to be getting home, but you're welcome to join me if you'd like. I can offer tea and good conversation, unless you'd rather stay up on the wellhouse roof."
