Deimos
Deimos was content, off on his own, tending to work that didn’t require sending letters, addressing political means, or chasing down the latest string of irritating adversaries. Once the timber was felled, he glanced around, ensuring no one else seemed to be in the range of things – seemed Marcus had found some foxes – and Theea appeared occupied with a multitude of duties, he addressed the next portion.
Nothing major nor taxing – he adjusted his incantations to instead of mauling timber, simply stripping away the bark. The same elements applied – earth woven into the fibers, releasing the components, and air, whittling away at the coverings and layers as they spiraled or broke off, then placing them elsewhere, in a neat pile for future burnings and fires. Thereafter, he could apply the same components to breaking off branches, though occasionally he’d simply do it himself with some muscle work and brief exertion, and splitting the wood itself apart, rendered again into assorted portions.

Deimos keeps using his earth and air magic to strip away and cut the logs. And makes a nice pile of each.
