Flora takes her place behind it like she’s always belonged there, curls catching the light as she begins to mix drinks with far more enthusiasm than precision. Umbrellas, citrus wedges, whatever she can reach—it all goes in, and soon she’s sliding glasses across the bar to each of them in turn as they appear.
"You’ve all made this house more than walls and glass," she gushes, bracelets chiming as she lifts her own drink high. "There are still surprises I'm planning on tucking into it, and once everything’s finished, you’re all invited back for the big housewarming party. Full Torchline blowout. Drinks on me, obviously."
She leans back against the bar, aqua eyes sparkling as she sweeps her gaze over them all. "Thank you—for building this with me, for being here. I can’t imagine a better beginning."
