The deer steadies himself, great antlered head lowered as it turns back toward them, taking in the molten tiger alongside the feirw. And after taking the split second to assess the situation, guns for Asta again.
Only this time he’s ready, twisting to let it charge between him and Isla so that he might be able to charge his own attack to sink his fiery antlers into the small space between its plates.
