ISKRA
His hand claps over the spot on his chest where the rock struck, rubbing at the sting and the nip of pain throbbing there. At her question he offers an easy smile, unbothered by the outcome of his own mistake, or the inevitability of being struck. Sometimes that bite taught you faster.
"No," he says breezily, "I think that gave me a lot to work with on how to improve. Don't want either of us getting too worn out that we get messy and hurt each other, or ourselves, further." Healing might help, but it doesn't stop the wound from happening, so that shit still hurts. "Thanks for a good fight though," he grins, proud of some of the ways he can see he's improved. "You're tough, to be sure."
Goose slinks forward, not entirely a fan of all the fire and the lightning, but he can sense the shift in them and approaches. Iskra pats the dog's head idly when he draws near. "Think I'll head back to Halo, but we should do this again."

Never felt a feeling of comfort
And all this time, I've been hiding
I'm at one with the silence
I found peace in your violence
And all this time, I've been hiding
I'm at one with the silence
I found peace in your violence
