That is all his shit, and he's pleased to note that it's appropriately taken care of, the captain grabbing a final box and ensuring that nothing is left behind before leaving the boat at its moorings and shutting the door again.
Scoffing at Vesper - the captain doesn't say it, but this type of sub-contracting isn't something he'd trust with just anyone, and the Marins are particularly suited for this sort of thing - he crosses the room to lean against the now clean, smooth surface of the table. "This'll be the base of operations. It ain't much to look at and it ain't easy to find, an' that's on purpose. Doesn't mean it's can't be comfortable, though. We can unpack first though, before thinkin' more 'bout that."

Calypso is in charge of organising the stacks of parchment and putting away the items in the stationary boxes.
As for Nova, Jack tasks her with deciding the layout of the headquarters. (E.g. picking what furniture/other items they ought to get and where it should go).
