Blissfully naive of the sizzle at her feet, Nova shrugs her shoulders. "It was still fun!" It would have been a lot more fun if she'd come out of the fire shooting lightning or hovering off the ground with a new influx of power, but she'll have to settle for the warmth still tickling her fingers and the memory of Jack humoring her. It's planted in her brain, even if he tries to act all cool and nonchalant with his hands in his pockets.
She follows him to the opening of the maze with her usual bounce, searching for her first patch of snow to hop in. "Okay! Wanna grab a snack? Magic always makes me so hungry." Plopping down into the snow with a light crunch, she tilts her head to look at him, curiosity gleaming in her blue eyes. "Does that happen to you?" And the entire way back through the maze, she pesters him with questions about his magic, comparing what he says to her own experience as she poses in piles of white flakes.
