But those dramatics are short lived as Danta squares them away and he catches his lover’s bouncing brows as he untangles his tail with his lover’s. “If I cannot, I at least have my cane.” Shooting him a crooked and still sharp grin, the butcher slips out of the booth and collects the cane, straightening out his attire and brushing a loose piece of hair back behind a jeweled antler.
Their jackets arrive as they reach the door of the bistro and once he’s slipped it on completely, the butcher’s arm is offered to the blonde Ancient with an easy smile. “Shall we make this quick?” He asks in a tone more akin to a dare, even if his bones feel like they'll ache.
