Danta has just enough time to turn his head, preparing to ask Asta what the holdup might be, when his lips are caught in the sort of kiss that makes him immediately regret agreeing to wear the muzzle. His hands are still chasing after the feel of the other man's body when they part, clad in gauzy gold and warm gemstones, and it's with a sigh of near longing that he finally stills enough to allow his mouth to be locked away for the evening.
"Mm, it's become one of my favourite colours," he agrees, looking Asta up and down without trying to hide it, and the gesture is more sultry than playful now with the way his expression is half obscured by leather and metal. "I'm sure you'll get used to the weight," he purrs, turning to gently catch the butcher's hands so he can admire the jewellery adorning his fingers. "Some of my favourite pieces, too," he says approvingly.
But then he's being offered the very last piece of Asta's puzzle, Danta accepting the cane and weighing it in his hands for a moment before, evidently satisfied, he sets it to the ground with a soft tap. "Well?" he says, the smile evident in his voice and in the corners of his eyes. "I'm your shadow tonight, remember."
