Offering a nod of greeting to Deimos, dutifully ignoring the fuck out of Sunjata, he also nods and flashes a grin to both Melita and Thalassa, the latter to which he laughs and says “you have a deal, darling.” And with the little bet in place, the butcher collects his flashy sled, preps himself, wondering whether or not his history of the snow would help him in this endeavor.
The disembodied sound occurs at the starting line and the butcher hops on, sailing through the snow on the heels of Deimos and Sunjata and silently wanting nothing more than to relish in the idea of scorching the Flood’s sled. Going so far as to let the fire ball up in his free hand that isn’t on the rein of the sled before a too happy yellow sled cuts in front of him.
In a mix of both surprise and a touch of frustration, the butcher still loosens the ball of fire, trying to scorch the back of the sled in a way that might have the driver panic and spiral out of control.
