Melita was all about sabotage – and the middle of the pack was just not going to do it for her. Peering around as they all zipped down the slopes, her concentration had already left the sled itself, striving to find her next potential victim. Grabbing hold of some snow as they ventured along, her eyes narrowed, before her focus was drawn on Zavien.
Figuring he’d be able to take a joke, and he seemed out of control to begin with (but at least it looked fun), the Honeybee hurled the projectile towards the Accepted, hoping perhaps he’d be knocked off course, off balance, or whatever – enough to get an edge on the competition.
