Then she's reaching fumbling paws for the sill. It takes a second to snag the top without fingers and then to get the stiff wooden frame to move, but she manages, sealing away the cold draft and giving the birds a teasing wave of her tail as she turns to explore the other small spaces.
Nova notices the wet shower, closes the window, and moves to explore the closets!
