Calypso wouldn’t find much wholly grand or great, save for a few bottles, bits of rock and debris, likely from the creation of said hole in the wall. It would be difficult for a lack of thumbs to segment something into the area, but perhaps she’d be able to manipulate and grab things with her teeth or paws to shove the portions within.
Nova ‘s sudden discovery made Deimos’s eyes narrow, mind contorting into further predilections. I wonder if we are not dealing with an animal after all. All signs, including the blanket, the dishes left out, the shower…were verging on the potential of a squatter, opting to exist within the space while the family was out. I found some chicken bones. Which ningo, and shrews, wouldn’t be consuming, unless they were dealing with something carnivorous.
And, likely much to Nova’s chagrin, suddenly the biggest of the ningos was along the bathroom windowsill, staring in at her, tapping upon the glass.
