With some fresh candles set out and suitable offerings they would soon be done. It felt suitable, somehow, that the conversation lingered on ways to keep living; to heal, and help, and grow into the best versions of themselves. Better than flowers or votives, it was her way of honoring the God of Life and his Herald.
