Flora
Flora flashes a wicked grin, all teeth and sunshine through mischief. "I’ve rarely seen my dads not disgustingly all over each other," she says, voice curling with delight. "Half the time they show up looking like they’ve definitely just been interrupted." She laughs, shaking her head as if the image is permanently etched into her psyche, equal parts horrified and amused. "It's too bad you all don't get some sort of...warning, I guess."
She hums her agreement as Mel comments on the weight of responsibility, nodding along with a wide, knowing grin as the latest offer is shut down yet again. "Who said I ever stayed sane?" she counters, winking with mock offence before tossing her hair over one shoulder like it’s a political strategy.
The mention of Enzo at Ludo’s shrine has her snorting softly, brows lifting as Mel wrinkled her nose. "Yeah, that sounds like him," she says with a warm laugh, shaking her head affectionately. [asy]"Once everything settles, I’ll probably throw some kind of welcome party."
She rubs a hand across her brow, smearing a little smudge of grease and groaning low in her throat. "Ugh. That’s probably all the skyship prep I’ve got in me for today I think." Turning toward Melita with a lifted brow and renewed sparkle, she tips her chin toward the snack vendors clustered along the edge of the docks, where the smell of fried fish and sweet-spiced plantains drift lazily in the air.
"Hungry?" she asks, wiggling her brows and tilting her head like an invitation and a dare all in one. Already assuming Mel would say yes, Flora hops off the Sugartide, waiting for the Honeybee with a grin.
