Melita had always been careful in discussions around family members. Her own experiences were a bit tainted, after all, between horrendous deaths and abandonment, so she bit her tongue when she wondered if he was better off not knowing his father. Instead of snarling at her own trauma, she nodded along, pondering over things inherited and things simply snagged from the world around them. “That’s cool though,” she relented after a moment, beginning to pile on her own offerings – several caramels, and some Ludo-shaped cupcakes she’d bribed the baker to try. “That you have something to know and share with him.” She’d prefer that over desertion. There was imagination and stories inhabited in tales of old; comforting, rather than unrelenting derision and ruthlessness. She eyed the fake teeth, because those looked fun and she’d like some for herself just to be obnoxious; she ensured the offerings were placed well instead, then took her place nearby, there to ensure things went…well. Or better, than perhaps, things could potentially go with heralds and Abandoned.

Melita places her offerings down for Ludo and stands nearby.
