The magic diminished instantly and immediately, fading back into the pulse of his blood like nothing had touched or been dispersed amidst the area. “Hope it helped,” he offered in response, because while she’d nailed some accuracy, she also had to employ other methods. With the more uncanny individuals meandering through Caido, any additional effect or ability helped. “You still did good work.” He just didn’t have any intention of being horrendously maimed. As for how to get around him, he certainly wasn’t going to give advice over his own weaknesses. Instead he laughed, hiking his bag further up his shoulder. “Perhaps. I am going to head out this way,” pointing towards another trail, not too far, figuring he could pick up some promised things to bring back to Halo; the morning exercise having entertained and placed thoughts, processes, back into the fold.
