Danta stands at Vesper's shoulder to peek in at the room as the door cracks open, his eyes growing molten with the sight of Charlie at work. She's a thing of chaos and beauty, a promise of agony made perfect by the kiss of a knife blessed in Dygra's name, and it's enough to make his mouth water. It's a wave of twofold attraction and deep respect that rolls from the Maverick as they sneak a peek in at her - and it's as the supplicant's gaze flicks up to catch their own that the flush really heats his cheeks and down his throat, as if the act of being caught makes it all the sweeter.
"You see?" Danta whispers as he steps away again. "Everybody wins." Tail flicking its amusement, he forces himself not to linger lest he want to go and join in, but he does nod to the stranger as if to tell him he's welcome to stay. "I don't know how long she'll be," he says. "That looks like she was just getting started. But I'm sure they won't mind if you wait. If not, though, maybe I can help." You know, depending on what he's here for.
