Liam steps up and as he cleaves into the creature as she passes by, snarling softly from her miss. The spray of mud is sent into the air, spiraling out in wet little plops as it lands against the ground. Left in the wake of it she spies a clutch of eggs – confusion flaring in the jaguar’s face as she tilts her pale head, splattered with mud.
She takes note of the girl that’s hurt, but without any ability to heal, the young attuned snags one of the eggs carefully in her maw and with a little mrowr and a flick of her tail, slinks off into the underbrush.
