Having forgone his coat today, the Captain stands with his hands in the pockets of his slacks, his shirtsleeves rolled to the forearms, gaze on everything and nothing all at once.

"Y'ever seen these before?" he asks quietly, nodding towards the hot air balloons. "Nearly crashed into a bunch of 'em flyin' over."
