The kiosk vendor - who is rather adept at not being harassed or bullied or otherwise engaged with by the various egg-finders - is clearly very satisfied with the turnout. They examine each painted egg presented to them, oooing and aaaing at appropriate moments, and in some cases even adorning a little jeweller's loupe to get a better look at the specimen in question. Not all eggs are created equal, it seems, and some of them are very valuable indeed.
Granted, depending on what you receive, you might determine that you got the best prize of all, no matter what it might be. That, though, is for you to decide. The kiosk vendor is just here to collect the eggs, which they do, and hand out appropriate prizes. Which they also do.
