One of the more experienced builders taps Zavien on the shoulder, explaining that if they combine the two portions of concrete (one too thick, one too watery), they should get the consistency they need to pour the foundation. It's a simple enough suggestion that has Zavien smiling, thanking the man as he begins explaining the directions to the others. Before long, they have a perfectly smooth concrete ready to be used.
Satisfied with the results, he takes a moment to check on the others. He's pleased to see that Hawthorn has assuaged some of the underlying concerns while Iskra has smoothed the area of any remaining obstacles - both managing to simultaneously set the construction up for success and gain the respect of their groups. We'll get the foundation poured and set the wood up for framing tomorrow, then call it a day. Keep up the good work!" Pumping a fist, he dismisses everyone to their tasks, knowing they would be eager to rest after the hours of work.
