When enemies are at your door, I'll carry you way from war
He'd thought maybe his chakram could shave off mud that her boat's stuck to, like chipping off ice with a pick. However, as she more clearly points out, it's nothing so tangible as that, just the swell of mud within the water. "Well, I'm all outta channels or I'd get someone with water or earth magic for you, but I can hop in and help try and trench you out?" No easy task if the ground's not at standing height below. "Or can secure some kind of drag line?" Maybe not netting, but a finer mesh to let the water through and hold up the mud. He's really just a set of hands, not a tool himself.
For what it's worth, he does grab his chakram from his backpack and jabs into the murky water a bit, testing out the viscosity. From his seat on the dock he tries to sweep the muddy water towards him, lifting the muck in scoopfuls that feels like trying to bail out a boat in a monsoon. The attempts do create a nice little mud-man beside him though, his shape gradually oozing just into a solid mass instead of three differing circles, forced down by gravity's weight and all the water still inbetween the gathered soil. "Does this thing not fly?" he wonders of her ship, glancing up at it as he does his best job scooping up mud from the waterline.

If you need help, I'll shut down the city lights
Wearing a watery blue, faded and stretched-out sparkling hair tie on his left wrist
