Lowering his eyes, Zavien took another bite of his ice cream, recalling one of the few times he's seen Koa recently. "He came to see me after the accident." The lemon wasn't as sour after trying Soh's blackberry swirl and he subconsciously wondered if they would taste better together. It was a nice distraction from the worry and minor frustration he was feeling for his friend when he added, "But he's been busy since."
