"Gods, she ain't lettin' up," Jack grates out, though the words are almost entirely for his own benefit given how unlikely his demigodly allies are to hear him over the wailing and the cotton in their ears. Still, for this round at least, he's managed to get on target, and for the Captain that's a win. Sunjata and the banshee weave around one another in a dance that will ultimately prove deadly for one of them (his money is on Sunjata, for the record), and Jack prowls in their wake to keep the Flood between himself and the wraith-like woman.

If nothing else, fuck, maybe they can whittle the banshee down faster. For now though, Jack also falls back on his water manipulation firing spears of ice at the banshee to try and skewer her again.
