She didn’t even take the opportunity to gloat; either of her use of Riptide or its violence tearing the banshee into faltering stances. The instinctive flinch at the Captain’s lightning embedded itself into her bones, but where no one would see it layered amidst her invisibility, perhaps it scarcely mattered – she could reason her faster breathing was due to the sudden panic as the cretin rushed forward.

As her uncle aimed his rain upon the deluge, the Honeybee fired once more with icy intentions, hoping to slow and weigh the bitch down again.
