Nova
We are beautiful things, wild things,
Deflated slightly by the clarification that it's not telepathy or all emotions, Nova let the some of her interest fade. It was still pretty cool, but not something she envied. But her interest quickly shifted, spine straightening as she perked up. "Oh! Your sister's a twin?! I'm a triplet!" Her eyes glowed bright, pride and excitement making them swirl like a vortex, eager to hear more and compare their experiences (not that anyone could come close to how amazing her siblings were).
Preening at the praise for her expensive natural affinity for awesome magics, Nova threw Marcus a shimmering smile, one that echoed of giggles and easy joy. Not bothering to notice the blush or what thoughts might have elicited it, she considered his words and found that they made more sense now that he'd explained them. They might not be the same, but their hybrid nature was something not many other people shared.
Humming, she finally nodded her head. "I guess that is pretty cool." Suddenly much more invested, her voice lilted excitedly. "What shifts do you have?"
