Tipping her head into his touch, it took some willpower to reign in the bubbling exaltation when it started up. Once again he had managed to surprise her. Sometime during the part year he had changed, and she hadn't noticed, but gods if she didn't love him even more for it.
"I would, yes," she replied as a warm smile broke out across her lips, warming the pallor of her gaze like ice kissed by morning light. "I'll be with you every step of the way. How do you want to do it? There's probably Fae traditions around appointing Guardians and we can't ignore those, but there's some practical things we'll need, like an office..." It was just like her, to leap straight for the logistics of a matter. Before the reality of what they were saying fully settled she was already going over what announcements needed making, who they might call on for help if needed, what obstacles to circumvent –
"We'll have trouble with the Grounds, I'm afraid... I'm not really on speaking terms with The Maverick." Or with Deimos, for that matter. Sunjata was reasonable, and Flora she could at least speak to, with varied results, but the others...
