Nova
After spending some much-needed bonding time with her brother, Nova makes her way through the rest of the forest on her journey back to King's End and her sister. She wrinkles her nose at the large volume of smoke in the air, occasionally pushing it away with a small burst of air magic, but she is otherwise lucky not to encounter any of the frequent forest fires from this season during her traversal of the Greatwood.
Skipping through the soft grass, she looks up at the sky that has become painted in red despite of her luck, the strange river of red flowing above the ground like a ribbon of liquid starlight, glinting against the bright sunlight and casting her skin in an eerie glow. She hums and spins, trying to reach her hand high enough to touch the water and missing my more than a few feet - not that she minds. Nova giggles, wiggling her fingers before letting them fall to her side, brushing against the fabric of her white skirt scattered with yellow bumble bees, continuing to admire the brightness of the river above.

There is a certain beauty in chaos,
magnificence in the uncontrollable.
