Danta is glad of his experiments with the tent he'd purchased, even if it had been hard going trying to fold it all away in the confines of his office. It means when they arrive in the sunshine and rippling sands of Hak Etme, he doesn't need to fuss about with it very much to make it stand up straight, and before long it's providing shade and ventilation without sacrificing any of that delicious heat. It's clear that it used to be a circus tent now from the bright colours and central poles, but they've managed to fill it with enough luxuries that it feels more like a home away from home than an out of place carnival.
Not that the Maverick expects Asta to care as much for furs and wine and good food as he normally might. It's only the second Leafchange since the discovery of his feirw shift after all, and while Danta is convinced that he's much more prepared this time than he had been last year, it won't be the first time he's been humbled by the stag now living in his fiance's blood.
He stands, at present, just outside the tent, barefoot in a billowing linen shirt and a wide brimmed hat to keep the sun from scorching the top of his head, blue eyes protected by a pair of dark sunglasses. "No one for miles and miles around," he confirms with a smirk, assuming that will be to Asta's liking above anything. "Did you see the rain before we left, though? And did you hear it?"
