The warning has her head snapping towards it, hand ripping from the trunk as if it'd been the one burnt. She's more surprised by who she sees rather than the advice that she didn't ask for. Eyes widening, she stands slowly, tail flicking idly behind her.
"Flora." A small, awkward smile takes form on her lips. "It's been a while." So long she's not sure the woman even remembers her. Thal might have been at Flora's house for Danta's birthday, but they hadn't spoken, and she certainly hadn't been blonde then.
Tucking her hands into her pockets, she tilts her head, wondering what to even say after so long before settling on "I was sorry to hear about the Hanged Man." There's a mixture of emotions in her eyes - pity, regret, uncertainty - all contradicting the confident strength in her stance and the uninterested flicker of her gaze, as if she could disguise her embarrassment over having been caught infected by the woman a year ago after being trusted to join the guild.
