"You should have said something," he mumbles, half distracted by the heat kindling into something dark and urgent between them. "I'd have happily done it naked."
His fingers flinch in the back of the butcher's shirt then, and though he wants to make a clever remark about Asta learning his share of filthy euphemisms from the Dusklight, it's a difficult ask when he's absolutely right; there's certainly more than one tent pole too many now, if they're counting. "Shut up," he manages through a wicked laugh, though his playful glare up at the other man soon melts under the desire pooling in Asta's honey dark eyes.
Before he realises he's done it, Danta is surging up again to capture his lips in a kiss made bloody with passion and need, his tongue catching on a sharp canine to flood the air with the scent of iron. Humming greedily against Asta's mouth, he's torn between wanting to pull off all their clothes and simply removing the bare minimum. And it will be whatever gets him as close as he needs to be as quickly as possible, in the end.
