Through numb fingers, Danta has come back to himself just enough to loosen his grip on Asta's hair, letting the other Ancient surge up to claim his mouth in an iron tinged kiss. He moans quietly against his lips, still fighting for breath when they part and letting his hand gently drop down to clasp the back of the butcher's neck. "I love you," he whispers in return, eyes closed, forehead pressed to his lover's, and if he lets himself drift like this he swears he can feel the thunder of their heartbeats start to sync together.

"I love you and I'm yours," Danta continues, his voice hoarse but sincere in its conviction. Relaxing back into the furs little by little and encouraging Asta to drop his weight down atop him regardless of how they'll both need to clean up shortly, the fingertips of his free hand trickle down between the butcher's shoulderblades until he can curl his arm back around him properly.

"And no one else is around for hundreds of miles, I bet," he adds, "so if you feel like you need to get up and check for people, you can think the fuck again." A soft laugh escapes him then; Danta is bluffing, of course. He doesn't think he could walk right now even if his life depended on it, thanks to Asta.
