If Zavien suggested staying out here until nightfall, Soh certainly wasn’t going to complain. They clearly had enough food to last, and it was all comprised of items that wouldn’t go bad if they sat out for too long. Glancing from the food to Zavien, she openly admired him as he lounged, still marveling at the fact that he liked her. One of these days, she was going to have to ask him what had changed, and when - and if it had taken him as much by surprise as it had her.
Leaning back on her hands, Soh hummed thoughtfully. A gentle breeze wafted through, catching in her golden hair and tugging at where she’d tied it halfway back. ”Go ahead,” she said after a moment, grinning down at him. Why not make it a game and have a little fun with it? Fortunately, she truly wasn’t a picky eater, and there was plenty here to satisfy her between the quiches and the muffins and the scones.
