"Don't be coy," Danta hisses, fanged smile both playful and threatening as Asta dares to pretend he doesn't know the meaning of overthinking. "I've been expecting to find a big planner up on the mezzanine with all your thoughts and ideas for everything." He's not complaining, especially given how woefully unprepared he is for this whole concept. Asta had been able to get out of The Climb, to experience the world and get cultured and gentlemanly; Danta had known nothing but fire and earth and blood up until awakening from his long slumber.

As for the Obsidian Cathedral, the breath that huffs out of him is almost a laugh, awed and uncertain rather than mocking, as if he'd never considered being allowed such a thing. "You, me, Dygra, and a cathedral of blood and obsidian? You are pushing all the right buttons."
