I know it's a drag, I know it's a grind
I know that a dollar ain't worth a dime
I know you get tired, I know you get down
I know you get sick of this soul-sucking town
Nearby, her horse grazes on the meadowland. Biscuit is always happy to make the trip out here; it usually means an easy workday and a good deal of time to meander and mow the lawn with her teeth. Colt doesn’t come often, but when she does, she tends to whittle away the hours here in thought and memory. She doesn’t intend to do that quite so wholly today, although there’s no denying a shawl of melancholy is draped around her shoulders, the weight causing them to curve in as she sits on her hands on the bench, head bowed to stare at the ground between her feet.

Her folks have actual graves, but she’s never felt she needs to stand before the stone to pay her respects. She does so often enough in her own home, in her mind even, but there is a nice quality to sitting here on the bench and staring out at a landscape shaped by death. The flowers and bread she’s brought lay beside her, ready for whenever she decides to place them on the offering areas.

It’s a peculiar place perhaps to ask Zavien to meet her, but she’s on a short timeframe before leaving, and she felt it was important to leave a lingering offer here before she goes for too long.

Let's make a little lemonade if lemons is all we got
Sunset's like a tangerine, let's find a road we've never seen
Don't waste another mile or a minute not kissin' me
Life is short, make it sweet
Received a Gilded Market wig from Remi that resembles her usual hair and is enchanted to stay on better than most wigs | has a reverse centaur tattoo on her left hand with the legs going down her pointer and middle fingers that looks like this.
