you must burn brighter than ever
“Oooh, and I could go invisible for it too,” she murmured, eyes dreamy-like with the possibilities of vitriol, panic, and the wide unknown. “Start a whole new ghost story trend, right here in the Celestine.” Proud of the horrendous idea, Iskra’s additions just made the multitudes that much greater (worse) – and were she not distracted by him or the bingo card or the other endless parameters circumventing through her head, she might’ve marched right over to another flock of travelers. “When you spot a suitable group, let me know,” and she’d hone in on them as the shittiest demon to be summoned.
As for the cloud wyrms, she sighed and rolled her eyes, a dramatic throw of her hands upwards for effect. “They are always in my path when I’m flying. And they don’t give a fuck.” Had she started to just blast them out of the sky? Sure. Did they all seem to still congregate around her at the worst possible times? Yes. “I don’t think I’ve come across too many ningos,” wholly unaware that she’d soon be shooting those too with her uncle. “Are they useful, at least?”
The dragons are another concept, and she tapped on her chin, mind already rapt at the thought. “I bet they do. I can’t imagine being that big and powerful and kept here to recuperate. And then seeing everyone’s faces gawking at you all the time.” Which didn’t mean she wouldn’t be doing the same thing. “And they’re supposed to be super smart.” It made sense to the Honeybee.
