Another arrow landed, another spike of grim satisfaction lancing through the man firing. The allogator was tough, thrashing where it's caught in Nova's magic and beneath Grimm's claws. Liam ducked around his tree, moving once more to keep the creature confused as to where his attacks were coming from. They were, as Colt pointed out, making some headway, but thus far their attacks had not proven to be enough. The beast was still very much alive and kicking, seeming to be more annoyed than injured at this point despite the rivulets of blood running down its sides.
Liam drew a new arrow, nocked, fired, repeating the process that seemed to be working, careful to avoid aiming anywhere towards Grimm. Maybe if he aimed at limbs, he could help incapacitate the allogator, making it easier to harm and keeping it from attacking them in turn. So he aimed at one of the monster's legs, and then he was off and moving before even stopping to see if his shot landed.
