In a furious twisting of limbs and strangled snarls, Grimm and the allogator are torn apart. He rolls off into the dirt to land back on his paws, webbed feet scraping for purchase as he pivots. Instincts have him facing off the beast again, refusing to leave his back exposed or let the prey escape, and when he has the allogator in his sights again, he's already in a low crouch, violence gleaming in the gold of his eyes.
His ears perk at Colt's plan. He's not sure blinding it is going to do anything but piss it off, but he decides to let her take charge, taking a back seat as the distraction.
Grimm lets out a deafening roar, slashing out his front leg with claws splayed wide. He aims for the eyes and mouth, intending to burst an eye or knock some of the intelligence from its glare. One way or another, he plans to do damage.
