Liam cursed as his shot missed again. This wasn't working. A plain old bow and arrows weren't going to cut it, not against this monstrosity of an allogator. And it seemed like the others were faring just as poorly; all they'd managed to do as a group thus far was piss the creature off. It rolled and snapped, dislodging Grimm, and as Colt yelled out a plan to try and blind it, Liam hissed a breath of frustration, unsure that that was going to do much to help them.
Still, he wasn't going to let her go close-quarters alone, so he quickly pulled the bow over his head, hoping the string that snapped against his chest wouldn't break in the melee that would follow, and drew his sword. Metal gleamed in the sunlight as he rushed towards the allogator's hind end, hoping that, with the others distracting it at the head, he might be able to sneak in a slashing attack at its tail.
