Thalassa
Thal knows nothing about babies. She hasn't spent the last few years in the presence of any children or pregnant women, and anything she might have known before is long lost. So when she hears Charlie is heavily pregnant with a demon demi child, she really has no idea what to do with that information. She supposes most people would be... happy? But Thal only finds a measure of discomfort for something she would prefer to avoid.
However, considering the kid is a demigod of Dygra and she doesn't dislike the priestess, she figures it's best that she show up and offer her congratulations - it helps that she's always open for a party.
When Thal arrives in a subtle shifting of shadows, she scans the room, her gaze immediately landing on the protruding stomach that makes it all very much reality. Where she might have expected exasperation or exhaustion on Charlie's face, the priestess moves with an unending energy, barely touching the floor as she dances across it, the additional weight doing nothing to diminish the internal glow of chaotic life she possesses. She wouldn't be surprised if the baby was the one giving the energy. Is that how pregnancy usually works?
Flicking her tail, Thal notices the other attendees, flashing fanged grins at everyone she recognizes as she slips through the bar towards the gift table. She deposits a dagger small enough for a child's hands amongst the wrapped gift then proceeds to the tables of food where she snags a drink, something obnoxiously pink and fruity that she sniffs at before taking a cautious sip.

I'm in love with my future.
Can't wait to meet her.
