Laughing quietly, he gives it another few moments before braving the first pancake of the bunch, letting it softly hiss against the heat as he ladles it in.
"And if you are in need of someone who cannot tolerate alcohol at all, look no further. Though I do not consent to being carried to my bedroom a second time," he says, raising his eyebrows expectantly at the other man.
