“Noooo, we’re not gonna do that.” He says with a deep and warm laugh, shaking his head slightly as they settle. “I really should put an elevator of sorts in here.” He mutters under his breath in the exhale of his laugh, before he’s tilting his head down toward Niki. “Will you let me pick you up? I’ll let you decide if I carry you up them or fly?” He tosses out like both options might be equally tantalizing, a choice he could choose between that wasn’t sleeping at the bottom of the stairs.
