Nodding her head in agreeance with Colt's unfortunate learning experience, she pushes off the edge farther into the water. She tips her head back, letting the warmth reach deep into her scalp to ease the tension of Deepfrost. Her dark hair spreads like ink in the water, shadow-like tendrils stretching in a dark halo around her horns. Without looking at Colt, a teasing smile twists onto her face at the light-hearted attempt at self-deprecation. "I wasn't going to say anything, but now that you mention it..."
Her body twists easily in the water, as fluid as if her tail were still littered with bright scales. Bright blue eyes hover above the dark water, a hint of sympathy behind the controlled expression of muted concern. "I'd offer advice, but I don't have much experience apologizing." The casual shrug of her shoulders sends dampened ripples outwards, head tilting as matching laughter follows. "Last time I did, I just knocked on his door, said sorry, and promised to do better. That seemed to be enough for him." But Danta is also a simple man, and her sincerity had been enough to smooth over the offense.
"For Flora..." She purses her lips in thought. "I don't know. Words probably aren't enough and gifts could feel like a bribe..." Raising a doubtful eyebrow, Thal suggests, "Maybe just ask her?" It'd probably save her a lot of time guessing and wondering, and she certainly wouldn't have to worry about getting it wrong; but Thal could also see how asking would open the door to a whole other set of problems.
