"Oh, with Zavien?" Ronin's smile grows even warmer, though it's edged with a small lick of sadness that he doesn't let himself expand on. He'd been called, after all, to try and revive Lena in the Celestine, only it had been far, far too late for that. He'd been fond of the caretaker and her sister both, and it feels like one more little part of Stormbreak's history had been lost with her death. "Well, if they're happy then I'm happy for them both, no matter how long or not long it might have been."
Knowing better than to watch Flora while she wrestles with an answer that, when it doesn't immediately announce itself in either direction, seems complex, Ronin follows her gaze to his duplicate and the soldiers continuing with their preparations. He spends a little time ensuring he's keeping up the pace with the part of his mind focused on the menial labour, and when the Hot Take finally speaks again, his attention swivels back.
"On your mother's side," he says with a lopsided smile. "I don't know that Carlo and Calan count as it running in the family, but still plenty to have caution about." The rest, though, he can't deny, Ronin shrugging his shoulders warmly. "I'm not gonna lie and tell you that you're wrong, just that it's also the most fulfilling thing I've ever done. More so than being anyone's demigod. But whatever you decide, you won't be alone doing it - you'll have us, and your brothers, and your friends."
