Her name rolls easily off Colt's tongue, and the girl flashes a bright, fanged smile at the recognition behind the greeting. "I guess I forgot to introduce myself before," she admits, though there's no shame in it; she seems almost pleased by the surprise, this little piece of chaos she's unintentionally sown.
As she falls into step beside the marshal, her gaze flickers towards the shrine they're approaching. If she'd not been an Ancient, perhaps she'd have followed Ludo - from what she's heard from Melita, it seems like just the kind of deity that would provide the unique entertainment that she's always searching for. But, alas, she has chosen a different life, and she's proud to serve Dygra in return for the freedom to do as she wishes.
"Well," she says, returning her beaming gaze to Colt's face. "I'm an acolyte of Dygra, so spreading the word about her is sort of a part of my job." Of course, there are many ways to accomplish that - and building a shrine here is just the beginning. "I was thinking about trying to put a shrine here before I heard you were the new marshal - congrats, by the way - because it's nice and warm, and everything out here likes to try to kill people, and it just feels like the kind of chaos that Dygra worshipers would enjoy. You know, trying not to die while making an offering."
Shrugging, she tilts her head, dark horns flashing in the light. "But then I heard about you taking over, and of course the last thing I'd want to do is cause any sort of diplomatic incident. So I was thinking, having a shrine here could help, shall we say, entice people to come out here. And more people means more money. They have to stay somewhere and buy supplies from someone, after all." She raises her brows at Colt and waits; this is not, of course, her primary motivation - she couldn't care less whether the desert regions sinks or swims - but she's not above appealing to the new leader with rationale that would benefit her region.
