Abasi was incredibly surprised to find that Cassandra actually did watch him work quietly, having assumed she would immediately begin to speak or ask questions. Using the quiet to get on with his job, he covered the man's chest then moved down to his stomach. Kneeling down to get more mud, he looked across at the girl.
