"Tell me, Weaver, how on earth would I have gotten a perfectly healthy, strong, battle ready Ursur to the very top of the Acadeny tower without anyone in the Citadel noticing?" she asked, beginning to poke holes in the girl's perception based on the facts she knew, having arranged the training. The answer was she couldn't have. She probably could have gotten it up, but not without the entire Citadel knowing about it.
