The Fae did not want to sit down by the fire; although she eyed the log the stranger set out, Alina made no move to stir from her current position. Instead, she rested her weight slightly on the butt of her spear, though not so much her movements would be hampered.
"Just because something is normal doesn't mean it's okay." The words still came out without the sympathy they probably should have possessed.
