Character of the Season
Frail in body but dangerously quick of mind, Nikandr is the sort of character who proves that curiosity can be just as perilous as any weapon. A necromancer, inventor, and problem-solver with more ambition than self-preservation, Niki approaches the world like a puzzle box begging to be opened, even when what’s inside has teeth. Blunt, dry-witted, fiercely independent, and carrying a history best left partially buried, he has a knack for making even failure feel fascinating. Whether he’s raising the dead, moving across Caido to King's End, or experiencing a hangover for the first time, Nikandr brings a wonderfully strange spark to Caido, and we can’t wait to see what trouble his brilliant mind wanders into next.

"Did you just call me a prop?" The alchemist asked with an amused smirk, both liking and wanting to shy away from the feeling of Bastien's hands in his hair. However the feeling of the brush was far less desirable, and the alchemist grumbled under his breath as the artist went about trying to tame his curls. Every now and then just to be difficult, he'd let a few feathers crop up to halt the progress of the brush.
"Girls disappear? I cannot do anything of the sort, Bastien." Remi said, hoping that would be enough to dissuade whatever performance he'd someone been roped into, until his lips were silenced by what felt like a thick coating of paint.
Skeptically, Remi looked at the costume and crossed his arms. "As flattered as I am, I think perhaps you got my measurements wrong, Bastien."
Would this finally be his way out?
